Customer Testimonial: Waterproofing

With the historic rainfall that swept through Metro Detroit earlier this month, many residents realized how unforgiving Mother Nature can be. The unprecedented hours-long rainfall led many area residents to find high levels of water accumulation in their basements, ruining precious belongings and most importantly possibly compromising the air quality within the walls of their homes.

This month’s terrible weather events should serve as a reminder to all homeowners that there are repairs that should not go left undone, and when you do hire a contractor to perform work around you home it is extremely important to ensure to the best of your ability that the contractor’s workmanship is of the highest quality.

Please accept this letter as a token of my great appreciation for a job well done with my basement. I hired your company in April to waterproof my basement. At the time of service, I was pleased with the work performed by your crew and the cost of the job but honestly thought nothing more of it once the job was completed.

Fast forward to August when the torrential downpours hit our area. All my wife and I could talk about was how fortunate we were to have had the leaks in our basement fixed prior to the historic rainfall we received this month and how grateful we are that it was done very well.
